The highest standard of care

We monitor our settings continually, to ensure that our high standards of care are maintained by all our staff. Through registration with trusted regulatory bodies, our aim is to exceed the statutory regulations and requirements laid down for us. We are a member of the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA).

The age groups we cater for

Catering for children aged 3 months to 5 years in all our settings, we have age-specific rooms for babies, wobblers, toddlers and pre-school children. We welcome siblings and offer a special discount if you have more than one child in our care. Please enquire for terms and conditions.

Our business hours

We operate alternative business hours depending on location; Harpenden 0715 to 1830 and Luton 0800 to 1800. We are open Monday to Friday and only close for bank holidays, the Christmas period and two additional days for staff training.

Suiting your work arrangements

Maintaining a healthy work life balance is not always easy. Modern living and the pressures of work often make difficult demands on our time. We respect that your needs are as important as those of your child. That is why we offer a range of full and part time hours for your child, including part-time morning and afternoon options. We do our best to facilitate your individual needs.

Communicating with you

Your child is not a number to us. Working together with you, we actively encourage open and honest communication. We view your child's development as a partnership, and are always happy to discuss any concerns you may have, or explore positive suggestions.

Insight into your child's day is important to you, that is why we will provide you with a highly detailed daily report for each child you have in our care. For younger children, this will include details of all nutritional information, nappy changing, sleep and play activities for the day. We will consult you around any proposed changes to your child's routine, such as progression through each room. We appreciate and value regular feedback from parents and arrange parent/carer meetings throughout the year.
